Description of service

Khairun Nikah is a platform designed to facilitate introductions for the purpose of nikah (Islamic marriage). We provide profile discovery, matching, and tools for Nikkah contracts. We are not a dating website and do not provide legal or religious advice.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your profile up to date.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purpose. You may not harass others, impersonate anyone, or misuse the platform (e.g. scraping, circumventing access controls). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Nikkah contracts

Our contract tools are provided to help you draft and share Nikkah-related agreements. We do not provide legal or religious advice. You are responsible for ensuring that any contract meets your religious and legal requirements and for obtaining appropriate guidance (e.g. from a scholar or lawyer) where needed.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid features are subject to the subscription terms presented at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g. Stripe, RevenueCat). Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy and the provider's terms.

Safety and moderation

We may review reports, restrict features, or remove content and accounts where necessary to protect members, investigate misuse, or comply with legal obligations. You must not use the service to solicit unlawful activity, share abusive content, or evade prior restrictions.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee outcomes from using the platform, including the formation of any marriage or the accuracy of user-provided content.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Khairun Nikah and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or your interactions with other users.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these terms or for any other reason. You may close your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. liability, dispute resolution) will survive termination.
